Identification of socio-economic concept of «enterprise personnel»

Abstract
The research of human role in labor process always was an important scientific goal and its topicality is still significant as the current conditions of labor process undergo a dynamic transformation. Therefore, the study of essence loading of concepts characterizing a human in labor process is currently urgent. One of the most popular concepts widely used both in economic and scientific fields is the concept of «personnel». In spite of its wide use in economic and scientific circulation, the concept of «personnel» has no strict identification and coordination with the legal and regulatory framework of Ukraine about labor that does not allow to use the present concept in socio-economic research properly. Thus, the current study aims at the identification of socio-economic concept of «enterprise personnel» taking into account the terminology of legal and regulatory basis of Ukraine. The authors analyze the terminology concerning a human in the field of labor and coordinate it with the legal and regulatory security of Ukraine. As a result of the investigation the authors introduce their concept of personnel: they are individual persons having labor relations with an employer on the base of a labor agreement/contract, that is, they are all the employees working for the employer from the point of view of the employee’s definition. Taking into consideration the peculiarities of economic activities of enterprises in Ukraine (individual persons – employers do not do reporting about the calculation amount of permanent staff, however, the enterprises are legal entities), enterprise personnel are the totality of individual persons having labor relations with an employer on the base of a labor agreement/contract, and quantitatively representing the calculation amount of the enterprise permanent staff and outer by-workers.
