Abstract
The article considers modern trends in management of industrial enterprises. The necessity of adaptation of industrial enterprises in the current conditions of management makes it necessary to make qualitative management decisions on the development of the enterprise by using clear and efficient management tools in the conditions of constant transformation and a large number of rapidly changing information.
