INFORMATION RESOURCES AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON THE SYSTEM MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE OF THE HOTEL BUSINESS

Abstract
The article identifies the influence of information resources as the main instrument to provide competitiveness and minimization of business expenditure. The directions of use of the Internet’s possibilities in the activity of businesses of hotel industry are specified. Taking into account the peculiarities of the process of formation and realization of a hotel’s strategy, the system of strategic information of the enterprise of hotel industry is formulated. It was proposed the elaboration of a single complex of information and analytical support for management activity in the system of strategic management at hotel businesses.
