Interconnection of the principles (principles) of legal proceedings and ethics of the judge on the example of the principles of equality and transparency.

Abstract
The article investigates the principles (principles) of court proceedings. They are analyzed in their role in conducting the trial in accordance with the ethical principles of the activity of the judge and other participants in the trial. There is an interconnection between the principles of the court process and the rules of judicial ethics.
