INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE OF LEGAL REGULATION OF STRATEGIC ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT

Abstract
The article theoretically generalizes the development of the strategic environmental assessment system in different countries. The domestic and foreign scientific foundations are analyzed. The trends in the development of legislation on strategic environmental assessment in the world are determined. The main stages of the formation of foreign legislation are covered. Its key provisions are indicated.
