Introductory concepts of the name of international treaties in contemporary international law

Abstract
The object of this research is the scientific approach to the name of international treaties. The incomplete content of the provisions of Article 2 of the Vienna Convention on the law of international treaties, and the variety of names used by participants in the process of concluding an international treaty to designate an international agreement raises confusion among specialists in the field of international public law. Due to importance of this topic, we will present a list of terms with their definition and explanations. We will focus on the importance of the legal nature of this terms in the international treaties.
