ISSUES OF SPECIAL CONFISCATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THIRD PARTIES

Abstract
The article discusses the issues of special confiscation of property belonging to third parties. Draws attention to the problem of determining the bases and conditions for the use of these kinds of measures of criminal-legal nature. The author offers his vision of solving this problem.
