Key principles of distribution in the company

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to prove the feasibility of the use of certain key principles of an effective system of distribution and management. Formulated the key principles of distribution of the company from the standpoint of management and psychology of relationships with customers. Determined that "distribution" – a conscious choice manufacturer of structures and tools that will allow him to reach end users and which should be based on certain principles that will create optimal distribution system and implement effective management. The article substantiates that the use key principles will promote the formation of effective system of distribution and management. The main scientific position article can be used in the practice of construction and distribution management system for any enterprise manufacturers.
