LA ADMINISTRACIÓN DE JUSTICIA EN ECUADOR EN LA DÉCADA 2006-2017

Abstract
This work critically analyzes aspects inherent to the administration of justice in Ecuador during the 2006-2017 decade. Being a bibliographic documentary work, our research reveals that the Ecuadorian penal system has been manipulated by political power in order to commit different crimes, particularly in public administration. This unfortunate situation constitutes a regressive response to the progress that the country has made in matters of social justice, allowing that corruption established in different government bodies of the Ecuadorian territory, provoking that impunity is still related to crimes against the state. The results of our research reveal that in cases of crimes that economically harm the state, there is neither the necessary recovery of economic resources nor a proportional sanction, according to the crime committed. Therefore, emerges the sense of making justice and processes transparent administration, to guarantee legal security in Ecuador.
