Legal forms of tax activity in Ukraine.

Abstract
In the article on the basis of the study of the theory of law and the analysis of the current legislation, the concepts, types of legal forms of tax activity in Ukraine are clarified. The description of the procedure for the development, modification and adoption of departmental acts as varieties of the legal form of tax activity is given. The peculiarities of legal forms of tax activity in Ukraine are revealed.
