LEGAL REGULATION OF APPLICATION OF POLYGRAPH IN THE ACTIVITIES OF NATIONAL POLICE ORGANS

Abstract
The actual problems of legal regulation of the use of a polygraph in the activities of the bodies of the National Police are investigated. The analysis provided by the law, the possibilities of using a polygraph survey at various stages of operational-search activity is carried out.
