LEGAL SUPPORT OF OPERATIVELY-SEARCH COUNTERACTION TO CRIMES CONNECTED WITH THEFT OF BUDGET FUNDS DURING THE PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND MEDICINES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the level of legal support for operative-search counteraction to crimes related to theft of budget funds during the procurement of medical equipment and medicines by the units of the National Police Protection Department of Ukraine. The legal principles of activity of the economic protection units of the National Police of Ukraine concerning counteraction to said criminal phenomena are analyzed. A number of deficiencies have been identified in the system of legal support of such activity and suggested ways of their solution.
