Abstract
The article is devoted to comparative legal analysis of approaches to understanding nature reserve fund in some CIS countries example of Belarus, Moldova and Kazakhstan. The author has drawn attention to need of formation of ecological network in CIS and role clarity valuable natural areas in its development.
