METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF MECHANISM OF SOCIAL STANDARDS’ FINANCIAL SUPPLY

Abstract
It is substantiated the necessity to change the method of forming the living wage as a basic state social standard in revenues field in Ukraine. The structural scheme of interconnection between forming social standards in revenues field and components of the system for budget regulation has been also considered. It is proposed to establish the adjustment coefficient of indexing the living wage, taking into account the structure of the consumer basket.
