METHODS OF PROTECTION OF RIGHTS BY ADMINISTRATIVE COURT WITHIN THE LIMITS OF JUDICIAL CONTROL AFTER EXECUTION OF DECISIONS

Abstract
The article deals with the analysis of the normative adjusting, judicial practice and scientific doctrine in regard to the methods of defense by the administrative court of rights during the process of realization of control after execution of decisions. The methods of defense, used within the framework of general and special judicial control after execution of decisions in the administrative legal proceedings, and also problem questions of choice of the proper method of rights protection on the stage of execution of decisions are founded in this paper.
