Modern ways to improve the management of the enterprises production costs

Abstract
Annotation. The article aim is to review current trends to improve the management of production costs of the enterprise to determine their characteristics and systematization sketch the main directions of improving the management of production costs in the enterprise. Methodology of research. Attainment of the objectives of the article made by such general scientific and special methods of investigation, analysis and synthesis, generalization and systematization, the dialectical approach. Findings. Revised scheme of the main directions of improvement of production costs management at the enterprise. A system of basic concepts and procedures to manage production costs of the company. Systematized reserves to reduce production costs. Indicated feasibility of the enterprise system of motivation conserve resources and reduce costs. Practical value. The article substantiates that the application of the proposed ways of improving the management of production costs at the enterprise will help to reduce production costs and improve financial conditions. The main scientific results of the article can be used in practice of industrial enterprises.
