MOTIVATION OF PRIVAT SUBJECTS OF INVESTMENTS IN THE MECHANISM OF PROVIDING INVESTMENT SECURITY OF THE STATE

Abstract
The article explores the nature of the motives of investment activity, depending on the subject of its implementation. It was revealed that the level of investment security also depends on the structure and dominance of certain motives of investing and good faith behavior of the investor on the domestic market. It is found out that among individual investors at this stage prevails quasiinvestment behavior, and among the business structures - unproductive entrepreneurship. Solving of the contradiction between the motives of investors and the national interests is possible by formation of such conditions of the institutional environment in which the motives of investors will have common direction with national interests.
