Competency Approach To Building The Effectiveness of The Realisation of Innovative Projects in The Company

Abstract
Requirements of the safety of the completion of innovative projects result largely, from the ability of the organization to keep the original and fresh approach towards their accomplishment. The idea written in the business model should be supported by applied solutions and organizational systems. Described in the article utilization of competences, as the crucial criterion of the selection of project team members can be an example of such an attempt. Such approach allows also for effective using organizational resources — in the described case — human resources. The organization is becoming a space, in which possibilities of the accomplishment of diversified tasks are emerging, of which a composition of useful abilities is an only restriction.
