Immediate functional loading of one -step dental implants in case of single tooth edentation

Abstract
The study was based on 31 patients with single tooth prosthetics on different sides of maxilla who had 39 dental implants of one stage installed. The obtained results permitted to elaborate a prosthetic methodology for onestage dental implants with immediate loading. The analysis of the study and literature demonstrates that: 1. dental-implant restorations on one-stage dental implants are a good treatment alternative for one tooth edentations; 2. dental-implant conexion represents a treatment method as predictable in time as restaurations supported only by implants; 3. the use of one stage dental implants shortens the terms of prosthetic rehabilitation; 4. prosthetic rehabilitation using one-stage dental implants is cheaper and more acceptable by the majority of patients.
