Non-destructive elemental analysis of steel 30 after boron coating with modern equipment for material quality control
Journal Title: Вісник Тернопільського національного технічного університету - Year 2016, Vol 83, Issue 3
Abstract
Micro x-ray fluorescence analysis is widespread in industry and science due to its flexibility, accuracy and measurement speed, and ease of use. The method is based on the dependence of micro X-ray fluorescence intensity of the element concentration in the sample. When irradiating the sample stream powerful X-ray tube fluorescent radiation characteristic radiation arises atoms, which is proportional to their concentration in the sample

Technology of ceramic material siliconborating impact on the properties of protective covering
The process of successive saturation of the carbide silicon and disilicide molybdenum reaction-sintered ceramics and properties of protective covering have been investigated. Silicon and boron diffusion saturation was fo...
Robust stability of linear control system with matrix uncertainty
The work is devoted to working out of new methods for analysis of robust stability and robust stabilization of linear dynamic systems. Sufficient stability conditions of the zero solution are formulated for a linear syst...
Undestroying control and diagnostics of rolling bearings
Rolling bearings are the most widespread and the most vulnerable element of any mechanism. They carry out the spatial fixing of the revolved details and are subject to main static and dynamic efforts arising in a mechani...
Corrosion fetigue features of carbon 35 (0.35c) steel in presence of oak chips extract
It is established that corrosion protection efficiency of medium carbon steel in water inhibited by oak chip extract grows with increasing of inhibitor concentration. The degree of corrosion protection reaches 85 – 97% u...
Theoretical and experimental study of double-sided grinding process of round face ends by orientated wheels with calibrating sections
The developed 3D model first determines the overall machining efficiency Qs of two round face ends processing, for example, cross-pieces, pushers, depending on the coordinate θb along the entire length of the contact lin...
