NORMATIVE AND LEGAL REGULATION OF THE ASSOCIATION OF TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES IN UKRAINE: THE STATE AND DEVELOPMENT TRENDS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the current legislation in the sphere of association of territorial communities, as well as the prospects for its improvement. The effectiveness of the legislative base is revealed. Some problematic aspects are considered and innovations are proposed in the process of unification of territorial communities.
