O CURSO DE ESPECIALIZAÇÃO EM DOCÊNCIA PARA A EDUCAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL: INOVANDO PARA FORMAR, FORMANDO PARA INOVAR

Abstract
Th e pedagogical formation of teachers that work at Technical Professional Education in High Schools is an obligation prescribed by law. Because of this need and in order to improve the pedagogical practice of its teachers, Senac off ers the Course of Specialization in Professional Education Teaching. Th is paper presents the scenario that motivates the organization to off er this course, built from diff erent innovative characteristics. It also discusses such characteristics, establishing relations with the students’ perceptions and off ering an early diagnosis about the course.
