Abstract
Based on the authors of the study makes suggestions to improve the current Code of Criminal Procedure rules, which would entitle the person to acquire the status of a suspect on his own request. At the same time this status would have combined the incomplete status of a suspect and part-time status of a witness and was called «at the request of the suspect».
