Обґрунтовано поняття та сутність екологічної безпеки життєдіяльності міського населення. Запропоновано до переліку структурних рівнів об’єктів безпеки ввести рівень міської або сільської спільноти територіальних громад, що змінює сутність інституціонального середовища екологічної безпеки.
