ON THE ISSUE OF THE PLACE OF SABOTAGE IN THE SYSTEM OF CRIMES AGAINST THE BASES OF THE NATIONAL SECURITY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the problem of establishing the sabotage belonging to a specific type of crimes against the bases of the national security of Ukraine. The existing versions of the systematization of crimes against the foundations of national security exist in the theory of domestic criminal law, each of which indicates that diversion belongs to the corresponding type of such crimes. On the basis of the research carried out, the author’s version is proposed about the belonging of diversion to the corresponding type of crimes against the bases of national security of Ukraine.
