OPERATION AND SUPERVISING CRIMINAL EXECUTIVE INSPECTION TO PERSONS RELEASED FROM PUNISHMENT

Abstract
The procedure for exercising supervision and the procedure for exercising control, arising during the activity of the penitentiary inspectorate with respect to persons released from serving their sentences, was examined. With the purpose of granting to persons who have been released from serving their sentence, assistance in restoring the full status of a full member of the society in the social status of the society has established a fairly clear procedure for interaction of bodies and institutions designed to facilitate the solution of these issues, as well as the procedure for informing the released convicts, one of which is the penitentiary inspection.
