Peculiarities of investigation of crimes commited by minors engaged in vagrancy

Abstract
The article deals with some peculiarities of investigation of crimes of minors engaged in vagrancy, by the National police officers, as well as analyzes the statistics of criminal offences committed by the above persons. The authors conclude that one of the features of the investigation of crimes committed by minors engaged in vagrancy is the establishment of a juvenile offender. This is a significant problem in investigating criminal offenses and is subject to regulation at the legislative level. In their opinion, one of the ways of resolving this problem is to create a state biometric database that will contain information about the person from birth, including fingerprints and eye retina.
