Permission and licensing activities in the field of the use of natural resources

Abstract
The article defines the essence, elements and stages of idle-licensed production in the sphere of the use of natural resources. The expediency of activating the reforming of licensing and licensing production in the sphere of natural resources use is justified. The conclusion is drawn that the administrative and legal mechanism of public administration in general and in specific areas in particular should be based on organizational and legal coordination methods, define the objectives of the public administration's activities, its structure, and establish rights, powers and ensure the implementation of responsibility measures of subjects Management and the like. An attempt is made to define the concept of “idle-licensed production in the sphere of the use of natural resources” as regulated by the administrative procedural law, the activity of subjects of public administration, during which the issue of exercising the rights of individuals and legal entities to perform certain activities or engage in certain activities by providing them certain The legislation of permits (permits, licenses, tickets, certificates, etc.).
