PERSONALLY ORIENTED TECHNOLOGY OF EDUCATION: THE THEORETICAL ASPECT OF FUNCTIONING

Abstract

The article theoretically justified functioning personality oriented technology education; analyzed the principles that are leading to the functioning of the personality oriented technology education; found that the introduction of individual oriented technology in teaching - educational process is effective at becoming the humanistic qualities of students, valuable attitude to themselves, to others, home, nature, encourages the development of skills.
