Presentation of the business concept of "associations to particular business activities on a joint account" in the context of contemporary conditions in Poland

Abstract
Nowadays, one often seeks to develop solutions to business easily implementing to the economic policy of the state. This situation applies to Poland, whose economic growth in 2013 may be very low, as evidenced by the forecast. For this reason, the concept was presented to the individual associations of commercial activities on a joint account in the context of the present conditions in Poland. This concept can be helpful in the creation of economic policy, because the association would help to reduce the thresholds of economic initiative. In addition, the Tytuł Drugi was characterized by the "Powszechna ustawa handlowa z 17 XII 1862 r.”, which was dedicated to these associations. The paper also shows the essence of economic clusters in order to better understand the concept of characterized associations and their positive impact (macro and micro). Additionally it offers information that should be included in the financial reports of enterprises which would belong to this kind of association, as well as the accounting standard that would direct.
