ПРИНЦИПИ ДОГОВІРНОГО ПРАВОВОГО РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of principles of contractual legal regulation. In this paper, the author reveals the content of the basic principles characteristic of contractual legal regulation, which he considers as an independent type of legal regulation associated with the establishment, amendment or termination of legal rights and obligations of participants in legal relations by concluding contracts (agreements) and aimed at resolving specific situations requiring a legal decision. The features of general legal and special principles of contractual legal regulation are considered, their correlation at different stages of contractual legal regulation is analyzed.
