PROBLEMATIC ISSUES OF THE SPECIALIZED ANTI-CORRUPTION PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE FUNCTIONS IMPLEMENTATION AND THEIR SOLUTIONS

Abstract
The article is devoted to problematic issues of implementation of the Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office functions and the justification of their solutions. Priority directions of improvement of activity of Specialized anti-corruption prosecution, based on the provisions of international legal instruments, international experience. The functions and tasks of Specialized anti-corruption prosecutors whose implementation is carried out in a procedural form are established. The necessity of in-depth study of issues of administrative procedural legal personality of the Specialized anti-corruption pros- ecutors of the Prosecutor’s office in relations of administrative responsibility is grounded.
