PROBLEMMED ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES FOR REGISTRATION OF THE LANGUAGE AND ESTABLISHMENT OF PERSONALITY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article defines the concepts, types and stages of administrative procedures. Among the administrative procedures, there are procedures for registration of marriage and the establishment of paternity. The peculiarities and problems of implementation of procedures with the participation of foreigners are considered. It is established that in Ukraine administrative procedures for registration of marriage and establishment of paternity are imperfect and do not meet the standards of the European Union.
