Problems of improvement of legal regulation of organization of survey over person, place and item during criminal proceeding

Abstract
The article deals with determination of existent legal problems of the use of supervision during a criminal production, mechanism of improvement of current legislation in this sphere. The comparative analysis of legislation of countries of постсоветского space is conducted, Europe and USA, that allowed to define the features of the legislative adjusting of the use of supervision during investigation of crimes. The features of national legislation in relation to determination, procedures of the use of watching a person, mestome and thing are certain. Directions of improvement of the normative adjusting of the use of supervision are offered during a criminal production. The authorial variant of release of item is given 269 the Criminal Procedural code of Ukraine of "survey a person, item or place".
