Problems of Legal Socialization of Minors in the Context of Globalization Challenges of Nowadays

Abstract
The article deals with the legal socialization of minors. Particular attention is paid to the distinction of the characteristic features of the legal socialization of minors. The main types of legal socialization as a multi-element phenomenon are outlined, which involves many components, among them are the acquisition of the necessary legal knowledge, the formation of a legitimate attitude and practical skills for the implementation of the legal knowledge necessary for positive behavior. Specific features of legal socialization of minors are identified, among them: moral and psychological and individual-age identities of minors as social individuals, they are the primary factors of their legal socialization; legal socialization acts as a necessary, primary process of development of the legal nature of human, the primary process of legal adaptation; a two-way non-parity process in which the institutional organs of the state and society play a dominant role, and not a minor individually; legal knowledge of minors as an element of legal socialization are superficial, fragmentary, unformed, have an abstract form, usually obtained from unprofessional common-social sources; lack of full knowledge of skills, social experience in implementing legal norms, lack of ability to fully apply legal knowledge on their own; the legal socialization of adolescents does not constitute a holistic system and dominantly acts as a process rather than a perfect accomplished result. The family is the main institution of minor socialization; there is an indirect perception of legal information, norms and values, and a direct connection with the legal reality occurs less frequently than with adult subjects of law; for this category, legal socialization is unstable, shaky, and variable.
