Procedural legal relationships in solving an individual labor dispute.

Abstract
The article deals with the place of procedural legal relations when considering individual labor disputes. The main features of procedural and procedural legal relations are characterized, the main problems in the work of the labor disputes commissions are considered and ways of improving the pre-trial settlement of individual labor disputes are suggested. The possibility of applying conciliation procedures in resolving an individual labor dispute is considered.
