Protection of personal data by the higher educational establishment.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the disclosure of the peculiarities of compliance the higher educational establishment with the legislation on the protection of personal data of high school graduate and students. It is explored what exactly it is necessary to understand under the personal data of high school graduate and students. Particular attention is paid to the issue of the protection of personal data by a higher educational establishment. The mechanism of processing of personal data of high school graduate and students by the higher educational institution is offered.
