ПСИХОСОМАТИЧЕСКИЕ РАССТРОЙСТВА У БОЛЬНЫХ С ПОЛИМОРБИДНОЙ ПАТОЛОГИЕЙ В КЛИНИКЕ ВНУТРЕННИХ БОЛЕЗНЕЙ

Abstract
Investigation and features of complex treatment of 52 patients with comorbid somatic pathology with the presence of anxiety and depression disorders. Patients were diagnosed with ischemic heart disease - stable angina pectoris of the II-III functional class; arterial hypertension I-II of stage, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, osteoartrosis, obesity. Women were 31, men - 21. The average age of patients was (55.8 ± 5.3) years. In 36 patients with obesity I-III degree non-alcoholic fatty liver disease was detected, confirmed by ultrasound. In addition, in 19 patients were considered by us as pancreatic steatosis (12) and steatopancreatit (7) and confirmed by computer tomography. All observed patients were prescribed ademetionine and pregabalin additionally to basic therapy. In patients with somatic polimorbidity, often (in 70 % of cases) there are anxiety-depressive disorders. The use of drugs (ademetionin, pregabalin) that correct anxiety-depressive manifestations improves the effectiveness of the basic therapy of comorbid somatic diseases. In our study 83.7 % patients contributes to the positive dynamics of clinical course.
