Psychological and Pedagogical Aspects of Managing the Quality of Cooperation with Parents in a Preschool Educational Institution

Abstract

The author analyses the main psychological and pedagogical aspects of managing the quality of cooperation with parents in a pre-school educational institution. It is argued that effective cooperation with parents is an important element of ensuring high-quality preschool education. This cooperation involves the preparation of a fully developed, school-ready and socially adapter child. Another important element is a well-established system for managing the quality of cooperation between the preschool and the family, which requires a systematic approach. The quality of interactions in the process of cooperation depends on the effective participation of all members of the pedagogical process: children, parents, teachers and administration of preschool institutions.
