QUALIMETRIC ASSESSMENT OF BUSINESS PROCESSES AT MOTOR TRANSPORT COMPANIES

Abstract
A methodological approach to the qualimetric assessment of business processes at motor transport companies based on determination of significance and rate of delivery of their implementation requirements performed by various parties involved has been developed. The assessment of business process realization considers the timely delivery of required resources, the implementation technology (presence or absence of redundant or duplicate operations), as well as the efficiency of the applied control method.
