Abstract
The article deals with the issues of rational exploitation of low-rate deep-well pumps in Azerbaijan in the regime of periodic pumping of liquid. It is indicated that the number of low-yield wells in the oil fields of Azerbaijan is huge. The production of oil from the fund of such wells is insignificant, but the cost of operating these wells is very significant. For the purpose of rational operation of low-yield wells in the regime of periodic pumping, optimal conditions of parameters are needed, i.e. time of fluid accumulation in the annulus and pumping time of accumulated fluid. In the article, the authors recommended methods for determining optimal operating conditions for low-rate pumping wells in the regime of periodic pumping of liquids and an automatic device for controlling the operation of these wells was developed automatically.
