Rainfall-Runoff Modeling using Multiple Linear Regression Technique

Abstract
In this paper MLR model was developed to model the rainfall-runoff process. The main objective of this study is to prove that MLR can be successfully used as R-R models. It is for this reason that various MLR models were developed and tested on data sets for the river Jhelum catchment (J&K, India) and later their performance was checked by different statistical parameters like coefficient of determination R2 and root mean squared error (RMSE).
