RESPONSIBILITY IN INCURRING OF FINANCIAL OBLIGATION AS CHALLENGE FOR MODERN CONSUMERS AND BUSINESSMEN

Abstract
In the article a problem of the debt of Polish consumers and entrepreneurs was analysed inorder to show the deficit of the awareness and the deficit of the responsibility in contracting financialliabilities by these entities. An identification of signs of irresponsible contracting financial liabilities isan effect of the conducted analysis. Authors of the article showed that forming the integrated awareness and responsible conducts should become one of priorities of managing subjects of the public and private sphere. They indicated in the article that holistic educational program and system solutions such as the system of Vindication Prevention may be used as instruments of responsible attitudes of modern consumers and managers.
