Abstract
In the article same questions concerning of peculiarity of the procedural status of individuals who are involved in criminal proceedings. Analyzes the rights and obligations of a person, on whose property the question of arrest, as well as its representative. All the problematic have been considered discussed in the article have been on the base of theoretical assumptions being the foundation enforcement practice.
