STATE CONTROL AS AN INSTRUMENT OF ENSURING NATIONAL SECURITY IN CONDITIONS OF INCREASING INTENSITY OF ECONOMIC COMPETITION

Abstract
Introduction. The urgency of the topic of scientific research is connected with insufficient study of the problems of state control as an instrument for providing national security in the conditions of increasing intensity of economic competition. Methods. The methodological basis of the study is the dialectical method of scientific knowledge. General scientific and special methods are used in the process of research, among which the most important are: abstract and logical method – to formulate conclusions of the study; methods of analysis, synthesis and generalization – to study the main basic means of state control; a systematic approach – in determining the causes and factors of the growth of the intensity of economic competition. The main purpose and objectives of the article is to study the current state and problems of the functioning of state control as an instrument for ensuring national security in conditions of increasing intensity of economic competition. Results. The reasons and factors for the implementation of state control as a tool for ensuring national security in Ukraine, its positive effects on the development of national economies have been investigated. The peculiarities of state control as a tool for ensuring national security are established. The modern paradigm of state control as an instrument for providing national security in the conditions of increasing intensity of economic competition is analyzed by the author. Discussion. The technologies and types of state control as an instrument for ensuring national security in conditions of increasing intensity of economic competition are considered in the article. The study of methodological principles and principles for increasing the effectiveness of the influence of technology and instruments of state control on national, regional and global economic processes, minimizing the negative effects.
