State support of agroindustrial enterprises of Ukraine

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to systematize the criteria for assessing the state support to producers of agri-food products used in world practice; Analysis indicator for Ukraine in the dynamics and compared with global trends and identifying features of state support for domestic agricultural enterprises. Scientific novelty. The use of the main criteria for assessing the state support of producers of agri-food products used in world practice is proposed. The criteria of support of agro-food enterprises and consumers of agro-food products in Ukraine are analyzed. The peculiarities of state support of the agro-food sector, in particular, the agrarian sector of the national economy, are revealed. Conclusions. The analysis of state support to Ukrainian agro-food enterprises based on the use of OECD assessment criteria has proved that the main reasons for insufficient level of state financial support for the domestic agro-food sector can of course be considered: financing on a residual basis; corrupt component and constant deficit of the state budget; a rise in the cost of credit in tandem with the depreciation of the national currency, which threatens the provision of agro-food enterprises with their own flows, which depends on the efficiency of the industry as a whole. Against this background, the mechanism of state regulation of agri-food enterprises must be in line with the European requirements of socio-economic development, and therefore characterized by targeting actions aimed at supporting both economic and social problems of the development of the agro-food sector.
