Sustainability of the rural development and its infrastructure

Abstract
In the article is researched the theoretical aspects of the rural development based on sustainability. The current state and problems of rural development and its infrastructure are showed. Expediency of the institutional approach to the formation agroinfrastructure are grounded. Theoretical and practical problems that occur in the formation and functioning of agroinfrastructure are studied, as part of a new scientific direction - institutional architectonics. The model of rural development grounded on sustainability is presented, which aimed at promising steps development of rural areas and their infrastructure.
