System of innovation management in shipyards

Abstract
The theoretical aspects of innovation management in example of shipyards are investigated in the article. The innovation management mechanism and effects of institutional, corporate and trans-corporate factors on the innovation management system of shipyards are presented. У статті досліджено теоретичні аспекти управління інноваційною діяльністю на прикладі суднобудівних підприємств. Викладено бачення механізму управління інноваційною діяльністю та наслідки впливу на систему управління інноваційною діяльністю суднобудівних підприємств інституціональних, корпо-ративних та транскорпоративних чинників.
