تعیین جهت گیری پژوهش ها با استناد به مقالات منتشرشده در مجلات حوزه مدیریت سلامت

Abstract
مقدمه و هدف: از آنجا که بررسی محتوای مقالات پژوهشی در زمینه مدیریت نظام سلامت از طریق شناخت موضوعات مورد تأکید یا یافته های به دست آمده، به مدیران این بخش کمک شایانی برای گرفتن تصمیمات کارآمد می کند؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر، با هدف تعیین جهت گیری پژوهش ها با استناد به مقالات منتشرشده در مجلات حوزه مدیریت سلامت، انجام شد. روش کار: در این مطالعه مقطعی، 659 مقاله از 87 شماره از چهار مجله علمی- پژوهشی (در حوزه مدیریت بهداشت و درمان)از اولین سال انتشار مجلات تا پایان سال 1393 به شیوه سرشماری، بررسی شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از چک لیست محقق ساخته و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از شاخصهای آماری توصیفی استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد از میان حوزه های موضوعی مختلف، مقالاتی با موضوع مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی- درمانی ( 4/ 23 درصد) و مدیریت منابع انسانی ( 4/ 18 درصد)، بیشترین سهم را داشتند. در 3/ 27 و 3/ 13 درصد از مقالات، جامعه مورد پژوهش به ترتیب کارکنان و مدیران بودند. بیش از سه چهارم مقالات ( 3/ 89 درصد)، اقتباسی از یک پژوهش اصیل و 4/ 59 درصد مطالعات از نوع توصیفی بودند و ابزار اصلی پژوهش در بیش از نیمی از مقالات، پرسشنامه بود. نتیجه گیری:براساس یافته های مطالعه حاضر، در مقالات حوزه مدیریت بهداشت و درمان، تنوع موضوعی بسیاری مشاهده می شود؛ اما به برخی از موضوعات مانند: مدیریت فضای فیزیکی، تجهیزات و ملزومات پزشکی توجه چندانی نمی شود. از این رو اتخاذ راهکارهایی برای توزیع متوازن موضوعی در پژوهش ها ضمن تأکید بر پژوهش های غیرتکراری و کاربردی در این حوزه ضروری به نظر می رسد.
