The aetiology of impacted maxillary central incisor – a review of the literature

Abstract
The prevalence of impacted maxillary central incisor inpermanent dentition is low. However, when it appears, itmost often requires early intervention for developmental,functional, psychological, social and aesthetic reasons. Itsmanagement is usually interdisciplinary, involving both displacement.
